Efrem B. Neely, Sr., Esquire, is a solo practitioner with offices in Pine Bluff and Little Rock.  Mr. Neely is an Arkansas native, born in Pine Bluff, and reared in Little Rock.  He is a proud graduate of historical Little Rock Central High School, the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff (formerly known as Arkansas AM&N), and he received his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Arkansas School of Law at Fayetteville.  He primarily concentrates his legal practice in the areas of family law, personal injury litigation and criminal defense law.
